introduction:
Imagine that all days you eat and eat but, the only thing that you dont eat is a fruit. you have to eat. you have to eat fruits all days if you dont eat fruits what happen ? think about it. I dicide that my 30 day challange was eat fruits because I dont do it all days but, I am learning to eat fruits all days.
Eating healthy foods and exersing regulary are challenge for almost everyone. Do this challenge could help you to learn and do it ala days of your life no only the 30 days of the challange. Also fruits and vegetables have alot of beneficial nutrients. Your food choices each day affect your healthy life.
My topic is so interesting because I know that eat fruits or not eat fruits is horrible to your health. so in conclusion all peoples ala days have to eat fruits. I think eat fruits is no achallenge is a healthy life.
